The fact you said SC price increase will not result in more cash for SYA shows that clearly you have no idea.
Do you honestly think SYA will continue to pump cash into SYQ subsidiary forever. Its our income earning subsidiary. Or at least meant to be.....
At some point its purpose will be to distribute funds to PLL & SYA. That will only be done on higher SC prices from SYQ or markedly lower unit operating costs, which are yet to be proven.
We cant keep fire selling tenements or other entity shareholding forever though SYA to feed SYQ.....
Quite simply we had 233M in the bank at end of 30 Sept 2023. We now have sub 100M. Its quite evidently a cash burn.
An unless the cash balance starts to flatten, SYA as a whole will need to start sourcing more funds from somewhere in the hopes pricing improves to make break even.
Maths already shows that they will struggle to make margins in this current April-June QTR. Especially given spod pricing hasnt increased.
