C1 costs do not include interest repayments. You are talking about paying the debt principal.
If you want to estimate FCFE, (i.e. cash available to shareholders), you need to then include the debt repayments.
C1 costs quoted at Thunderbird are direct costs at the project level and do not include additional corp overhead costs at the company level.
