I give a lot of credit to SFX management for getting it built on time and under budget...and I give a lot of credit after hearing of the challenging ramp up and getting this far. I think the honesty and openness is first rate. Giving a running commentary from month to month would not have been helpful to anyone.

I am worried about 2ic comments that the drill bit might have been grinding up OS and getting into the sample during the resource definition. The contribution of the OS in the assay would obviously lower the grade, so lower grade parts of the orebody might be associated with more OS. I know they started mining in a higher-grade part, so the OS could be worse in the moderate or lower grade areas. In these areas we might get a kick in the grade reporting but also one in the OS and maybe the nuts...

I really didn't like the comment about labour availability...

It seems the plant is working really well, recovering at or above expectation, just need to feed it the best possible stuff...
