Michael Rose (Chief Operating Officer at KMS) is most recently from Base Minerals and before that was at Eramet (Mineral Sands Division).

Between Michael Rose and Bruce Griffin there is a mountain of mineral sands expertise to guide KMS through the current ramp-up process, which I think some need reminding again only started just over one quarter ago. I am very comfortable with those driving the SFX/KMS bus at the moment. Pulling them away from their present roles to focus on PR/Investor relations is not the answer.

SFX is not a one-cent penny dreadful that needs to promote itself on the mining conference circuit to drum up buying interest for the next pump and dump. Nor do they need some 'marketing guru' to try rebuild the reputation that was damaged under the former management's reign. Any investor of relevance will know that SFX under Bruce Griffin's leadership is a very different proposition.

The reputation of SFX will be restored by itself once they successfully ramp-up to full mining rates over the coming months as has always been the intended plan. The 'not unordinary' process of optimisation will subsequently follow .
