Sheffield Resources (SFX) is a 50% shareholder of Kimberley Mineral Sands (KMS), Yansteel being the other 50% shareholder.

KMS owns and operates the Thunderbird mineral sands mine and has its own board and management team. Currently comprised as follows:
Alan Smith - Non Executive Chair
Bruce Griffin - Non Executive Director
Gordon Cowe - Non Executive Director
Wencong Mo - Non Executive Director
Michael Rose - Chief Operating Officer
Quentin Webb - Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

SFX, in addition to being shareholder of KMS has interests in Capital Metals (Sri Lankan Project) and South Atlantic Project (Brazil). Combined with stage 2 expansion of Thunderbird, these other assets currently represent the Company's initial options for future growth. SFX also has its own board and management team.
