No I'm suggesting that the Board composition is wrong, BG is a miner, rough around the edges, knowledgeable and no doubt knows his stuff when it comes to mining. Boards are about Governance, Financing and Communication, these require different skills, he's the Chair and the CEO it needs to be separated.
As for the others there, they do add little and need to moved on.
