The company has been suspended from trading for a long time now after they put themselves in voluntary suspension. They've sold off most of their assets and stopped lodging financial reports. Which essentially means this company is dead and will be delisted from the ASX in September if they dont lodge the outstanding financial reports. I will be incredibly surprised if this company recovers, and if they do they will dilute shareholders to oblivion in the process.
