My takeaway from that video is the gold sector has been unloved in North America but institutional money elsewhere who assess value differently are considering there is unrecognised value and oppportunities for investment there.
So RIE should be promoting to and chasing the non US investment sources to get the money to get digging and further exploring?
You can't really say RIE is all that pro-active in doing that.
It seems to be running at 'Hey we got all these good looking prospects but why is no one that interested locally with us?"
