Raising probably has to be in the next month or 2 , but likely to be a big ask.
At present its only assets are IP on an unproven process , value?
Plus various bits and pieces mostly SOP focused. questionable how much above zero that is worth.
500k in the bank.
Don't think they have spent enough to get a big enough R&DTI payment to alter the picture that much.

Liabilities , 3.2 mill loan at 7.5% plus a few bits and pieces, leases etc.

Hard to see where the company gets value to support even its present beaten down 5million capitalisation.

Unless Whatsup's , ''something positive '' happens soon , Glauconite and Andrew likely to be on the money.
I can only justify holding because if you own more than 2 and six pence worth , the market isn't deep enough to sell.
