I totally agree with your frustration on some of these microcaps that just continuously cap raise and pretend to explore paying themselves in share bonuses continuously and then dumping that into the market on any strength..

But as far as TMB goes I think it has one of the strongest corporate structures in the space..
I keep in contact with Rita and find her to be very determined.. a lot of people will notice the revolving door of management here but I think you'll find is because they will not tolerate any seat warmers..

I see this as a long-term hold with a lot of patients required but just a reminder of their projects and the corporate structure below.
