Perhaps wrongly I thought Talga was a strategic project. My point is a change in legislation gives the the court an excuse to wait. If it is not clear that it applies to Talga (or not) then the court to my mind will wait for the situation to become clear.Court at the end of the day is there to enforce the law. If the law is changing and is unclear in a particular situation to my mind the court will sit on it.Not a great outcome. I wake up every morning looking for good news here, but it sounds to me at least another 6 months.Lets hope I am wrong and we hear great news tomorrow morning.
