The timing release of Supreme Court decisions made by a judge is an administrative decision.
It is possible it is being sat on by a Sami sympathiser, but i expect contact by Talga to the Court should give it a hurry up.
A non conspiracy theory would be that the judge has just not got around to finalise his decision.
