Gvan, this “declared as a critical project” process seems to indicate all applications will be processed as a batch from each stage to the next. I hope that is not the case. The TLG project is at a very advanced stage of approval ie. mining permit granted and only waiting for appeals to be accepted/rejected, and should therefore have a very short and quick flow through the various stages of the process. Surely TLG will request a quick assessment. December 2024 is a long way away. TLG may need more than one CR.
