Troy is not an ex TMT holder expressing concern with the exorbitant staff costs, he is a current AVL holder expressing concern.

I don't think it's helpful anymore to blanket dismiss anyone with a critical comment just because they held TMT previously.
I know you are admittedly are a bit scarred from the turf war that happened last year, but most of us have moved on now and it will definitely do your internal energy a favour to accept us all as AVL now.



Anyway I have given my view on the staff costs.
High? yes.
Too high for a company making no income? I think so.
Worth it for what they will produce for shareholders? To be determined. And this is the main one in my opinion.

High pay cheques equal high expectations though.

Deliver on promises and no one will be looking at staff costs.

Blow out timelines and leave shareholders in the dark though, they should expect and deserve any criticism that comes their way.
