a JV may come from one of the other major parties already in Cuba at either Emincar or Moa projects ? but maybe you don't follow to that level of detail ?
anyway as Brian's summary of the arbitration says, "disappointing result but the $6.3m will assist the company to move forward with it's projects in Cuba"
