Lots to be pissed off about with AAU, put arbitration aside, we should and could have been so much further down the development track by now. Us HC/small holders are the rats and mice in all this, but I am sure the top 5 - 10 shareholders (specially our German litigation guy) will be asking some hard questions. Personally, I think something is going to change pretty soon, the status quo won't continue.
