I am so disappointed.
It is an incomprehensible result that the case was dismissed even though the contract was not fulfilled.
The largest amount was dismissed, leaving us with barely A$7m.(including sale of company)
Although it is a large amount compared to the market capitalization, it is not enough to develop LD.
Therefore, the development of LD was postponed until construction of NS was completed.
I will probably stay here only until NS.
I hope that the day will come when the off-take contracts that we have seen so many times about become real.
The offtake contract will have to be for an amount greater than the development cost + operating cost.
