You are free to speculate. At this stage I am just an emotional fool but I do trust my management and their words. Plant 1 up and running will do next and mining will commence there after.
According to my calculations if we do mining or plant 1 recommissioning (one at a time) 6-8 weeks a part then we do not need loan (expressed my opinion previously), so we have not done any work one plant 1 last 6-8 weeks and permission might take another one or two weeks which will save us some money than p1 online means (money coming in 6weeks time).
If we start mining after two weeks that will do.
