What gets me with this Thai government they delay us all the time costing us millions why couldn't they just sign off on Plant1 that day? It's not as if they have the expertise to know the mining process any way it's just paperwork.
It's also obvious that PMR still hasn't caught up, how are they going to handle the increase in production?
Another thing these royalty payments upfront are a joke we are flat out getting these plants back into full production without finance yet they want their cut first.
