I think CMD management is going to seek justice.... and the case looks pretty clear and Ghana officials know that.

Ghana is going to fight hard but International arbitration is going to look at the case and before that...government is going to through an offer to settle the case.

How much is the company willing to accept is a big question?

Management has skin in the game and want to get a good return on the pain and suffering they have been through in the last years.

So I am pretty confident buying here is a great entry levels...given someone trying to crash sp... without really mentioning the jurisdiction in Ghana won't really interfere with international arbitrations

Players are going to play... brokers and market participants are positioning themselves for the future... small holders fumbling the bag at the lows.

i am going to watch and accumulate here
