    Can't afford the EPA assessment fee so put on hold for 6 months...

    CEO can barely bother to pull more than a few paragraphs together...

    Fortunately there is still almost $11M in the bank so they can continue to pay themselves over $400,000 per quarter for doing almost nothing!
