Putting aside the obvious grifting, I am quite surprised that PRL continues to push the same timeline:
To state that the HyEnergy project will start construction and commissioning in mid 2025 (one year away from now) is a complete lie. They haven't completed a feasibility study, they haven't started front-end engineering design (FEED), they haven't started environmental approvals, they haven't raised funds for the capital investment, they haven't reached final investment decision (FID), they haven't placed orders for the long-lead items, and they haven't conducted detail design. All of those things need to be performed before construction at site can commence. Even if this project somehow became feasible and everything worked out perfectly, that's around four years of work, not one.
