When Paul was asked why directors weren’t buying shares at historic lows his response was concerning….. he’s recently bought into 2 other companies he’s associated with….
So clearly he saw them as better investment opportunities.
He also said although financing may be concluded by Q2, execution will take some time thereafter.
Im still bullish but these two factors did raise an eyebrow
