    yep. With continuous disclosure don’t they have to tell market if it is not going to be signed.

    I mean after telling the market 3 weeks ago, it’s all on track. What can they say this time. They are definitely running out of excuses. If price falls to 20 cents because the market gives up on them it will be even harder to do a deal.
