Update on revised terms of $23M project funding

Not 14% interest unless I missed something?

"13 December 2021, LMG has successfully negotiated a reduction in the interest rate to 12% on its $23M project finance facility"


QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT 31 March 2024

*Gas approved?

"Origin also secured approval from ESV (Energy Services Victoria) for LPG operation*s in the end of March"


The last $500,000 is likely to be released soon, which will help a tad.

"We have completed and submitted documentation for the payment of the final instalment of $500,000. Regional Development Victoria is processing our application for payment."


ATO rebate may not be too far way (I hope)...

"The ATO continues to review our rebate claim and requested further information on 17th April 2024."

Lastly, just a reminder that the Demonstration Plant at the very best will be back-even. No profit until magnesium ingots not MgO.
