That's how I read it, and why they mentioned they sold a nearly 50% amount just after close, so prod'n costs were in it but not the dosh. All we are really being told here is how close to the wind they are sailing, which is 'very'! What was the roll-over from previous q is where this q gets context. Steady state is what matters, and they are still laying the foundations to establish that.

A functioning MSP will be a great help, although the 'feed drought' to first shipment will be playing heavily on their minds. Even if it was known to be fully working, this would still be a tricky decision to make. Which is why I am astonished at the MSP silence as it is a pretty big component of how the future will play out, so status reporting is the bare minimum expectation, preferably accompanied by a bit of a strategy call on it.

They started with $12.7m and finished with $4.5m. They sold $23.6m of HMC and borrowed $10m. So overall it cost them about $42m.
