Court date in December 24. No doubt it will be put off till sometime in 2025. When is the loan due to be repaid? What happens when DGR hasn't the money to repay? Another capital raising causing damaging dilution to shareholders. And we are paying $250,000 annually to Mather for this leadership and strategic management magnificence, let alone the other board members and administrative staff. What a joke being played on small investors, except the consequences are we are all being cheated out of our investments.
