I agree with engelchen. I think the market (for lack of awareness or ) hasn't yet priced in the level to which this project has been de-risked in the last two days, (which is also the last two announcements). Agree with the post above - the headline means it doesn't get past the first filter of many. Patience holders - not too much more patience required, in my opinion.
