Shareholders of Herencia Resources seem to like the news about the JV and possibility of relisting*. I'd guess Herencia will be able to get the £300k with the CR. We'll find out in the next few days as their CR closes today.

EMP have the funds, hopefully HER have the funds, from them I believe it'll just be a formality.
What's the issue with Carl/Phil tapping into the UK market for this? Great that they have international connections and IMO just gives EMP exposure at the global level, which is a good thing.
