The El Domo project comes with a $240m streaming finance by Wheaton Precious Metals, most of it still available, so most of the capex is financed already, though I am sure they'll find some corpes in the cupboards when they really take over, the board of Adventus can't shoot straight. It comes though with an excellent local manager who can build a mine, Skott Mealer.
CLA still needs shitloads of work in studies and design to even think about building a mine, imho, they are not in the same time frame.
