My assets are proper assets they generate income . ATM HCH are stacking non productive assets that may or may not be productive based on an underlying commodity price into the future. It's just farming but for metals. It's all well and good to make all these land acquisitions, but shareholders need to know what they are planning to do with these potential assets and how they are going to generate a return for investors. With HCH you only ever get a very small part of the picture drip fed to you for years.
