Could be him but I don’t think so just yet. Being a major shareholder he would still have disclosure requirements but when the deal goes through the dilution will allow him freedom without it. Actually just thinking about that his holding would not be enough anyway. Back to the drawing board. I still think a formal notice of departing Director data would still be there though. The current share sales are hardly a matter of concern but the possibility of insider knowledge is still one of mine. Anyway 11c from where we were a year ago and what we have to come is not too shabby aye.
