You want to consider their options as well as their shares.
They all got (virtually unanimously) options at a lower price than before OK'ed in December.
Dilution would act against the value of these options if the use of the money fails to deliver. That's a pretty good indicator of them acting with the best intentions & judgment concerning shareholders.
Anyone who thinks there are numpties needs to glance in a mirror.
