No you are correct from what I understand Andy.
Activities to be funded include pilot plants, feasibility studies, capacity expansions, scoping work for infrastructure upgrades and research and development (R&D) collaboration.
Most possibly they will need to fund the other 50% for the rest, pilot plant, capacity expansions etc... That's where Imo we will see the Saudi's enter the start of the project funding. Could be wrong but that's my take on it.
