Perhaps the risk factor behind available funds, chance of furthering Saudi intentions, and clarity on how next steps will be funded are the predominant reason why SRN hasn't yet gone up in SP so far.
BUT, if the chess pieces all line up with what management and us shareholders expect in a good case scenario, then this WILL rocket up like we've never seen before.
Like all stocks, that's the risk/opportunity that we accept and wait for. Small cap investing 101.
