LOL and what would be those signs Cordi . If they get the outstanding payment ? If they start to get payments from Quantum again ? If they actually get anything on site ? If they can get the PP construction actually underway ? Drilling rigs start work ? Purchase agreement is amended to allow for the many months where no purchases were made ?
