What's happened to basic good manners on this thread? i contribute my time for an informed debate, then bother to answer your questions, yet not even an upvote in acknowledgement, let alone any reply... If you don't agree with my analysis fair enough, of course it's a lot more comfortable trusting in Bruce's good-humoured confidence.
