I actually think having a bit of pressure on management and the team is a good thing. It will make them more focus on optimising the project for the long term, so long as they don't fail of course.
The other option is to request our customers to do a pre-sales on large quantities than a say one month ahead which was done previously. Say one or more years advance. Noting Yansteel has offtake for life of mine for ileminite.
Other mining companies have done this.
Noting that Yansteel also own 8% of SFX at an equity level and 50% at a project level. So it is in their interest for the project to succeed.
