Thirty pages of initial text to mask just 2.1 quarters of cash left on page 34. Convenient. Had they a mere ~9 days less cash and they would’ve had to answer the mandatory questions in 8.8 regarding solvency, cap raise plans and going concern.
Cutting & pasting these voluminous quarterly reports every three months - and validating the director fee direct debits - still seems to be Antony Beckmand’s principal executive task here.
