The problem with this view is the ASX will veto any circumventing of the JoRc rules . The facts are MAN haven't sampled the acquirers and they need it for grade and resource definition .
The bucket they dropped down the well sampled outside the aquifers and therefore can not be applied to 1 or more acquirers and therefore can't be used so this puts MAN back to square 1 re entering wells and perforating each aquifer and sampling .
They have the cores as they say , that should provide the volume of brine and at what rate it can be extracted .
The cores them selves despite SB1s view DONT get assayed that is not theyre purpose .
I'm really starting to think that MAN peeps in their efforts to use ASN but also delineate themselves as "different" have really
"thrown the baby out with the bath water" !
The truth is road map to project development was over at ASN the whole time and that road map all along was offered freely but was ignored due pretty much by the shenanigans of one misguided poster .
