yeah that's like trying to convice people to go on a 4 year fixed interest rate in 2020.
why would you contract when supply is abundant and spot is low. i guess the good news is that at least for the moment PLL is paying overs, aren't they? or would they just be delaying their offtake shipments and buying on the spot market whilst it's lower
