I totally agree with you that unnecessary spending needs to cease during these tough times and I would hope that they wouldn't continue to spend on drilling if they didn't have to. However, I guess if there is a certain amount of their money that is only allowed to be spent on drilling then I guess they might as well spend it. As I mentioned previously, I'm not entirely sure if they have any of that money left that only needs to be spent on drilling and if they do, then I wouldn't imagine it would be a lot more.
