Would PLL have any comeback on us under the terms of the agreement we have with them , if we went into C&M.
Seems PLL have managed to secure an OTA with Tesla and LG and certainly not below the price at which we are obliged to sell our Spod to them.
So who is the smart one here certainly not SYA ..are we incapable of securing our own OTA or shall we forever be beholding to the spot market.
The dumb and dumber team will loose 20M per quarter if we keep up producing and selling at current rates so wont take long to burn the 90M in the bank.
