I believe he was the one that threatened NATO countries that didn't pay their share that we may back out (by the way, those countries agreed to pay 2% of their GDP as is in the NATO charter). I never remember Chinese balloons flying over America. I never saw Russian sub going into Cuban ports. Should I keep going on? You need to expand your input of news from only CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC, and etc. I guess you are one of many who have fallen for the facist/communist propaganda.
