A year has passed, granted the market for lithium has had it's effect, not only on us - basically on every other Li stock too. So the SP decline some will still argue is locked in with the cycle, and they'd be partly right to say so.

But !

The uncertainty the past year and the missed opportunity to communicate a plan for the future with milestones and goals is on the BOD.
The Story changed dramatically when Brett left, and a year later there has only been "Let's hide in the bunker and keep it in idle".
No vision, no MOU, no offtake, no carbonate/chemical plan, actually just a lack of effort to plan ahead or finding solutions.
Idle and polishing the bonnet. Won't really get us anywhere imo.

I happen to like Lucas Dow (the person) very much, from what iv'e seen he's a capable guy, but god we need to spill that board, we need new blood.
We need someone willing to take a risk
We need someone who is not set in their ways and incapable of change, who is visible, trustworthy and outspoken, who is not afraid to try something new.

All in my humble opinion !
