That's not "we" ... that's PLL. Fully aware of what PLL has shipped and their OTA's as both buyer and seller. That aint "we"
Where is the direct financial benefit to SYQ ... unless SYQ has begun selling "spot" cargos to TSLA TX? For that it would be "we" as the JV would directly benefit by not shipping to Asia and if China the associated VAT. Has that happened.
