I will have to look for it but if I recall it was mentioned that Glencore were acting as a marketing agent for the jv to sell spod on the spot market.
It makes sense that they would given they have a bulk ore handling facility at the Port of Quebec (where spod from NAL is sent by rail).
They have vast experience when it comes to transporting ore in the Arctic Region and to other parts of the world.
I posted a screen shot from Google maps that showed what appeared to be stockpiles of spod at the bulk ore facility awaiting shipment.
