Tranche2 to raise $1.7m (announced 04/03/2024) was scheduled to get approval in the EGM initially expected to be held in April 2024 but now changed to 6 August 2024 hence the fund seems not reflected/included in this June Quarterly cash report. It also looks that large amount of fund (~$1.7m) was spent on exploration related activities which shows proactivity and positive yet the admin/staff cost seems to be a bit high lately not just this quarter (circa half million AUD) but also in previous quarters too if im right which is a bit high (if compare to some other also good/competent junior companies) as a junior explorer of some $20m+ Mcap if i can say.
