Time to put some pressure on this Board....rinse repeat capital raisings and seemingly slow and poorly communicated progress on approvals/permitting....yet they ask for shareholders to approve performance shares with notional vesting conditions....clearly making a mockery of the definition of performance......vote no to the freebies and agitate for change
