Yes re delays, but my query would be, is there a legislative limit on the number of extensions the Minister can grant the ACHC? Or a legislative time frame the Minister is bound by to make his decision after the ACHC's recommendation is provided?
Typical bureaucracy unfortunately, especially when Indigenous issues are involved.
